There’s no sport like GOLF

There’s no sport like Golf.  This is what Mel Lifshitz feels when he’s playing a round of golf on a cool summer morning.  Over the years, Mel is so grateful that he has had the privilege of playing in some of the world’s finest golf courses.  He thinks that though  golf can be frustrating, when things are going well on the links, there is no sport quite like it.

There are two contrasting parts in playing golf.  On the tee, power is used to hit the ball as close to the hole as possible.  And the on the green,  great muscle control and accuracy are needed to put the ball delicately into the hole.

For Mel Lifshitz, playing golf serves as his main way in keeping fit physically and in actively meeting different kinds of people.  Golf is loved by men across ages because it is a gentle aerobic activity that does not require superb fitness to play though it requires a reasonable level of fitness to reduce risk of injury.

To keep himself at par with his golf mates, Mel E. Lifshitz maintains a good level of stamina and flexibility through daily jogging and exercise.  Though golfer s in their eighties claim that golf helps them to keep physically and mentally fit, Mel believes that it is preferable to prepare oneself physically before going to the golf course field.

Just recently, Mel had the privilege of playing Pebble Beach in California.  While the course is expensive if offers people a once in a lifetime opportunity to play one of the world’s greatest sport’s locales.   Many US Open has been decided on the course’s back 9. While walking the courses last few yards one quickly feels as though he taking part in something magical.
